THDC India Limited started the process of simplification and HR digitisation with the launch of the QR-based Smart Medical Card system on April 1, as per a press statement released by the public sector giant on Wednesday. The company further stated that this initiative is in line with its commitment to excellence, sustainability and community development in addition to prioritising the wellness of its employees and their family members.
Speaking of this initiative, the chairman and managing director, THDC India Limited R K Vishnoi said that the launch of the QR-based Smart Medical Card system facilitates expeditious and ready availability of medical facilities to employees through digitisation of records, enabling prompt employee welfare services.
