The Punjab National Bank Dehradun circle head Rajendra Bhatia informed that the bank had launched the GST Express scheme for those paying GST and to boost business. The general public is also appreciating this scheme, he said. The loan amount will be decided on the basis of the GST amount deposited in the previous year and no other document will be sought from customers. The interest rate under this scheme starts at 6.75 per cent. Bhatia said that considering the interest shown by customers, a loan camp will be held by various branches of the bank in the circle on March 23 and loans will also be provided in the camp.
