CM Dhami flags off ATM vans of cooperative banks

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off the mobile ATM vans of the Cooperative banks at his residence on Friday. Speaking at the occasion, he said that these vans would provide the facility of cash withdrawal in different districts of the state. These vans would help the tourists and those visiting the state, he said.

The minister for cooperatives, Dhan Singh Rawat said that the facility of mobile ATM vans of cooperative banks is being provided with the help of National Agriculture Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in every district. He said that one can withdraw cash from any bank account from these ATM mobiles.

On the occasion, five ATM mobile vans were flagged off from the CM residence while the remaining five were sent to their destinations from the district cooperative bank headquarters. It is pertinent to mention here that mobile ATM vans helped people during the pandemic period.

The registrar cooperatives Anand Swarup, chairman of state cooperative bank Dan Singh Rawat, additional registrar and Managing Director (MD) cooperative bank Ira Upreti and chairmen of different cooperative banks were present on the occasion.
