The Mahant Indiresh Hospital here has received the accreditation of National Accreditation Board of Hospitals and healthcare (NABH). In the recent inspection conducted by the NABH team the performance of the hospital was found up to the mark on all parameters. Chairman of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Mahant Devendra Das has congratulated Principal, Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and Health Sciences, Dr Yashbir Dewan, Medical Superintendent (MS), Dr Ajay Pandita, NABH coordinator Dr Gaurav Raturi, all the doctors, nursing staff and support staff of the hospital for the achievement.
The certification is given after evaluating a hospital on basic infrastructure, facilities, building, care of patients in ICU, available facilities in emergency, emergency response, number of patients coming everyday to the hospital for treatment, ratio of nurses posted in the wards for caring patients, number of efficient and specialist doctors, empanelment done with other institutions by the hospital, availability of modern machines in the hospital, number of operation theatres according the guidelines and other parameters.
