he tourists are enjoying the season’s first snowfall in the Upper Himalayan regions of Uttarakhand. The Badrinath shrine and its surrounding areas are under a blanket of fresh snow.
Famous tourist destination Auli has also received the first snowfall of the season which has brought smiles on the faces of the hotel owners and others associated with the tourism industry.
On Monday Auli received heavy snowfall which sparked the enthusiasm of tourists who were seen thoroughly enjoying the condition. Those associated with the industry hope that the snowfall would continue in coming days as it will boost the tourist footfall for the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
