In latest news from Doon, decks have been cleared for the appointment of the new head of forest force (HoFF) after the departmental promotion committee (DPC) headed by the State chief secretary Radha Raturi green-lighted it. Though suspense lingered on who would get the post with several names doing the rounds, the DPC finally sealed the appointment of Dhananjai Mohan. The incumbent HoFF Anup Malik is retiring on April 30.
