The divisional manager of Punjab National Bank (PNB) Sarita Singh has said that the retired employees are the brand ambassadors of the bank. She was addressing a felicitation ceremony of retired employees of PNB at Haridwar division office, BHEL Ranipur on Wednesday.
The programme was organised by the bank in association with the organisation of retired employees of the bank the All India Punjab National Bank Pensioners and Retirees Association (AIPNBPRA).
Singh said that the retired employees have dedicated their entire life to make the PNB the number one number bank.She said that they should inform senior officers about the lacuna noticed by them in the customer services. Singh said that the retired employees and their family members can get associated with the bank as marketing consultants.
