The CBSE Nainital mountainous area coordinator Anil Sharma said that boarding schools in Nainital are very alert on all aspects of Covid-19 and education. Special focus is being laid to it despite the absence of government guidelines. All facilities along with a doctor are available in his school’s infirmary. Students are being allowed entry on presentation of RT-PCR report with all students expected to reach after Holi. He said that attempts are being made to compensate for the studies impacted by Covid in the past two years in this session. Preparations for the board exams are also underway. Stating that the students stayed with their parents during the Covid pandemic, Sharma said that the guardians will have to maintain communication with their children to keep their morale up. He said that since the examinations are being held late this year, the results will also be announced late.
