‘Sisodia shouldn’t try to score political points’

The representative of the Jeevanwala Gram Pradhan, Gurjeet Singh has said that the deputy CM of Delhi, Manish Sisodia is welcome to visit Uttarakhand but should not try to score political brownie points here. Singh said, “He chose a school here and visited it along with some media persons.

However, he had come here with incomplete knowledge and should know that after our letter to the CM, the State government released the first installment for repairing this school building.

In the past few years, CM Trivendra Singh Rawat has ensured a lot of work in this area. In some places the road was constructed after a 16 year wait while in some places it was built after independence. Crores of rupees have been spent on works like construction of roads and facilitating water supply here.”
