The chief ministerial candidate of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Ajay Kothiyal has termed the Congress manifesto released by its senior leader Priyanka Gandhi an imitation of the Delhi model of the party. He said that the manifesto is nothing more than a tactic to cheat the public of the state. He said that the party has mentioned providing 200 units of free electricity besides providing four lakh jobs in a year if it wins elections just to lure voters. “When we made such announcements earlier, the Congress leaders mocked us and said it is not possible but now they have made similar promises through their manifesto just for the sake of the assembly elections. I challenge the party to name one state where they have provided 200 units of free electricity and have provided so many employment opportunities,” stated Kothiyal. He added that Congress is good enough in only making announcements but not in their execution at the ground level.
