A CBI team reached AIIMS Rishikesh for investigation into the old case of irregularities in matters of procurement of medical equipment, skeletons and medicines among others. The CBI team had seven members led by DSP. Mention worthy, in February last year, CBI team conducted raids on AIIMS Rishikesh. In April last year too, CBI team went there for investigation. Notably, eight cases involving five officers of the premier medical facility of Uttarakhand were filed in the past.
