In latest news from Utarakhand, the BJP nominee and the Minister of State for Defence and Tourism Ajay Bhatt filed his nomination papers for the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar seat on the concluding day of nomination filing process for the April 19 polling. The chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was with Bhatt when he filed his nomination. Already in the thick of campaigning, Bhatt addressed a public rally at Gandhi Park in Rudrapur followed by a roadshow.
