With the focus on victim-oriented policing, we must discharge our duties with determination and modesty. Uttarakhand police has worked well as a team to become smart and enhance its skills which has achieved results and also been appreciated by the government. Accountability has to be fixed for all irrespective of rank. There are provisions for reward in case of good work and punishment in case of negligence.
