The Operation Mukti team of Rudraprayag police station had earlier identified some children who are engaged in making utensils for admission in schools. With the new academic session being enforced in the schools, the members of the Mukti team went to a government primary school, spoke to the in-charge of that school and had two children admitted. The staff members of the school were all happy with the admission of the two boys. They said that thanks to the initiatives of the Mukti team of the police department, the life of these two boys might get transformed. They assured the police team that all the staff members of the school would do their best for the education of these two boys. The members of the Mukti team asked the parents of these children to send them to school daily and they gratefully agreed. Police have given these children bags, notebooks and other required stationary items. Police assured that they would provide them with stationary goods in future, too. And the children have received books and dresses from the school. Besides, they are being provided with midday meals in their school.
