HP & Haryana CMs to launch BJP poll campaign in U’khand today

Nadda and Shah to campaign in State later this week in Garhwal & Kumaon regions

The Bharatiya Janata Party will formally launch its Assembly election campaign in Garhwal and Kumaon regions today. The party’s state media in-charge Manveer Chauhan informed that the campaign will be launched in Garhwal at Vikasnagar by the Himachal Pradesh chief minister Jairam Thakur at 11 AM. After launching the campaign, Thakur will participate in the door to door campaigning for the party candidate in Sahaspur Assembly constituency. In the Kumaon region, the party’s election campaign will be launched by the Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar in Haldwani at 12 PM. After launching the campaign, Khattar will participate in the door to door campaigning for the party’s candidate in Lalkuan constituency. In addition to this, the BJP national president JP Nadda on February 3 and Union Home minister Amit Shah on February 4 will arrive on a day-long tour of Uttarakhand to participate in the party’s campaign. Nadda will address a public gathering in Uttarkashi and participate in door to door campaigning. After that, the BJP national president will address a public meet in Ramnagar constituency and conduct door to door campaigning in the afternoon. A day later, Union minister Amit Shah will address a public meet in Pithoragarh in the morning and conduct door to door campaigning. After that, Shah will address a public meet during the afternoon in the Narendranagar constituency and participate in the door to door campaign for the party candidate.
