In latest news from Doon, in a ghastly road mishap, two persons were killed when a speeding car collided with a motor bike near Majri Grant in Doiwala on Haridwar Highway at around 10.30 pm. Police said that it was such a deadly collision that both the rider and the pillion rider of the bike were flung away from the spot. One of them died on the spot while the other was declared brought dead when he was taken to Doiwala hospital. The deceased duo was identified as Biram Pal (45) and Harish Ram (48). The bodies were sent for post-mortem.
