Virat Kohli to miss South Africa ODI series, Rohit ruled out because of hamstring injury

Indian test captain Virat Kohli will give the upcoming three-match One Day International (ODI) series in South Africa a miss. Kohli had informed the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in advance about taking a break in early January. The series reportedly coincides with Kohli’s daughter’s first birthday. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma has been ruled out of the series because of his hamstring injury and has been replaced by Priyank Panchal. The BCCI informed on their official Twitter handle.
