The State coordinator of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Jot Singh Bisht has said that the people of Uttarakhand have got nothing from the latest visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Interacting with the media persons on Saturday, he said that the people had many expectations from the PM.

They were hoping that Modi would intervene in the raging issues such as Ankita Bhandari murder case, the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) scam and backdoor appointments in Vidhan Sabha. Bisht said that PM should have announced a special package for Uttarakhand but his attention was on the coming Vidhan Sabha elections of Himachal Pradesh. He said that PM Modi was in the attire of HP during his Kedarnath visit which shows that he was trying to influence the voters of HP from Uttarakhand. Bisht said that the people of HP have become disillusioned with the policies and governance of BJP and they have made up their mind for change.
