Rs 7 crore financial approval granted for various works

Financial approval for Rs seven crore has been granted for execution of various development schemes as part of different announcements made earlier by the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Financial approval has been granted for Rs 35.84 lakh to be used for renovation of the ancient Rudreshwar temple and construction of bridle path in the Almora district.

Similarly, Rs 92.12 lakh financial approval has been granted for Someshwar temple beautification in Someshwar Assembly constituency in Almora district, Rs 72.07 lakh for work at Bayalakhalsa Badrinath temple in the same constituency and Rs 42.18 lakh for beautification of Swargashram at Jakh-Bhagetiya Gram Sabha in Almora district. Further, the chief minister has granted financial approval of Rs one crore each under the Urban Development department for construction of multipurpose ground at Lanthyuda village in Pithoragarh district and remaining work on a mini lake for water retention and water sports at Chandak in the same district.

Further, Dhami has granted Rs 86.34 lakh financial approval under the Panchayati Raj department for construction of a trek route from Chukanibagar to Najrikot in Pithoragarh and Rs 46 lakh for construction of trek route from Jarjibli Banani village to Chipla Kedar in the same district. Along with this, under the Social Welfare department the chief minister has also granted Rs 40 lakh financial approval for Parvatiya Vikas Bhawan in Sitarganj Assembly constituency in Udham Singh Nagar district and Rs 91.08 lakh for Bung Bhawan in the same constituency.
