MBA students should understand the corporate expectations- Verma

The school of management of Doon University organised a talk by Head ITC, Haridwar Anirudh Verma here on Sunday. The talk was organized as an industry academia interface exercise to bridge the gap between industry and academia. The subject of the interaction was  on subject ‘expectations of corporate India from young student managers’.

In his address Verma stressed upon the need for students to understand the expectations of organizations from them.  He emphasized that the two years of MBA are crucial to forge an industry ready professional. Verma said that the classroom teaching and training builds the manager the corporate expects. 

He stressed that integrity, dedication, commitment and motivation are central for young managers in their formative years. The programme was presided by dean student welfare and head of department school of management, H C Purohit and was convened by Assistant Professor School of management Ashish Sinha, Sudhanshu Joshi, Jayanti Naithani, Indu Gautam and others.
