In latest news from Doon, invoking the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pledge to elevate India to the status of the third economic superpower of the world, the BJP candidate for the Tehri constituency Mala Rajya Laxmi Shah urged the electors to overwhelmingly vote for the saffron party. “Determined to rid the country of the corruption-tainted politicians, Modi is seeking mandate for his third term as the Prime Minister. We are bound to throw our full weight behind the leader who dreams big for India,” she said while canvassing in the Rajesh Rawat Colony in Dehradun.

She also mentioned the PM’s vision of Uttarakhand’s elevation as a foremost State in terms of development and exhorted the people to support the BJP in this election to take the State towards all-round empowerment.
