The two day winter session of Uttarakhand assembly is commencing in Gairsain Chamoli from December 7. A meeting of the general body of the powerful association of the secretariat workers was held at ATM chowk in the secretariat on Tuesday.

The president of the association, Deepak Joshi said that on October 14 this year a written agreement was inked between the general administration department and the secretariat association on various demands.
