In latest news from Uttarakhand, in a major accident, six labourers were killed and three others were injured when wall of a brick kiln in Lahvauli village within the Manglour police station limit of Roorkee in Haridwar district collapsed over them when they were manufacturing brick. The injured were rushed to a private hospital. Police personnel present at the site informed that debris was being removed through mechanical excavators. Sharing further details, the Manglour police station in-charge Pradeep Bisht said that they had pulled five bodies from under the rubble while another injured worker succumbed while being taken to hospital, adding that the condition of one of the injured was stated to be critical.
