A three-day workshop on inner wellness, Ayurveda and acupressure was inaugurated at the headquarters of UJVN Limited on Tuesday. The event is being organised by UJVN Limited in collaboration with Yog Manav Vikas Trust, Himachal Pradesh.
Speaking at the inaugural session the managing director, UJVN Limited, Sandeep Singhal said in today’s highly stressful and run-of-the-mill life, it is very difficult to take care of mental health along with physical health. He said that one has to maintain harmony of intellectual and spiritual activities with the daily activities.
Singhal hoped that the tips taught in the workshop would help the employees of the corporation to stay away from the ill effects of stress and hectic routine.
