In latest news from Doon, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed Vishal Maurya as the working chairman of the social media cell of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh with immediate effect. State Congress sources said that the party brass is betting big on the social media platforms for reaching people with BJP going all-out to use the social media as a tool to spread its messages among all sections of people.
