Cold day conditions likely in parts of Haridwar today

The State meteorological centre has issued a warning regarding the possibility of cold day conditions in parts of the plains today. According to the meteorological centre, cold day conditions are likely to prevail at a few places in Haridwar district while dense fog is likely to occur in some parts of Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar districts on Sunday.

Apart from this, dry weather is likely to prevail in the districts of the State. The provisional State capital Dehradun is likely to experience mainly clear to partly cloudy skies with mist likely to occur during the morning hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be about 22 degrees Celsius and six degrees Celsius respectively in Dehradun on Sunday.

The maximum and minimum temperatures recorded in various parts of the State on Saturday were 22.4 degrees Celsius and six degrees Celsius respectively in Dehradun, 20.7 degrees Celsius and 4.6 degrees Celsius in Pantnagar, 12.5 degrees Celsius and 0.3 degrees Celsius in Mukteshwar and 15 degrees Celsius and 3.4 degrees Celsius respectively in New Tehri.
