The specially abled students of The Learning Tree Special school enthralled the audience with their performances in the seventh annual function of the school on Saturday. The CDO of Dehradun, Jharna Kamthan was the chief guest of the programme.
Speaking on the occasion she said that the students will be benefited by the education and activities being undertaken by their school. She also appreciated the performance of the students. In her address the director of the school Shivani Kotnala said that the school was established in the year 2011 with an objective to provide education to the students with special needs and to make them life skills. She also gave a detailed account of the activities undertaken by the school. Kotnala said that more than 500 students have studied in the school.
The chairperson of the school Arti Thapliyal said that the school focuses on the wholesome development of the specially abled students.
