U’khand board’s UTET examination on Nov 26

A total of 84,851 candidates would appear in the Uttarakhand Teachers Eligibility Test (UTET) on November 26. The Ramnagar based Uttarakhand Vidhyalayi Shiksha Parishad (UVSP) popularly known as Uttarakhand board would conduct the much awaited examination. The board secretary Neeta Tiwari said that the examination would be held  in 178 centres in 29 cities of the state. The examination would be held in two sessions. In TET ( First) 44,973 while  in TET ( Second) 39,878 candidates are enrolled. She said that the board has made all preparations to conduct the examination. The candidates can download their admission card from the website of the board www.ukutet.com. The candidates who would clear the important examination would become eligible to apply for the posts of teachers in the government and other schools.
