The BJP Mahila Morcha Nainital head Deepika Binwal said that former Congress leader Sarita Arya is welcome in the BJP as a worker but warned of strong opposition if she is fielded from the Nainital constituency in the Assembly election, adding that Mahila Morcha leaders in Nainital will resign from their posts if that happens. BJP ticket contender from Nainital, Mohan Pal said that Arya had stated that she had joined the BJP unconditionally. She is welcome in the party and will make a good star campaigner, he said.
