Maharaj writes to HP minister to arrange buses for Jagda fair

In latest news from Dehradun, the State culture and tourism minister Satpal Maharaj said that he had written to the Himachal Pradesh deputy chief minister and transport minister Mukesh Agnihotri, requesting him to arrange roadways bus service on September 18 and 19 to facilitate the arrival and departure of the devotees who are likely to throng the Mahasu Devta temple in Hanol and the Chalda Maharaj temple in Dasau in their thousands on the occasion of the religious fair Jagda held in the Jaunsar Bawar region of Uttarakhand. He further said that the State government has made elaborate arrangements to provide all possible facilities and security for the devotees who come from across Uttarakhand and the neighbouring states like Himachal Pradesh. He said this while talking to the media persons after making on-site inspection of the preparations for the upcoming fair.   

Sharing details about the contents of his letter to the Himachal Pradesh deputy CM, he said that he had requested him to arrange roadways buses from Simla to Hanol on September 18 and from Rohru to Halol on September 19.
