The speaker Premchand Agarwal has congratulated the Commandant of Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Ratan Singh Sonal for scaling the mount Lhotse (8516 meters), the fourth highest peak in the world.
Sonal led a three member team of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) which successfully scaled the Mount Lhotse on May 23. Sonal belongs to village Son Dugtu of Darma valley in Pithoragarh district.
In his message the speaker said that Sonal had successfully scaled Mount Everest, Mt Dhaulagiri, Mt Satopanth and other peaks in the past.
