Senior cabinet minister Madan Kaushik inaugurated a new 20 bed ICU for the Covid 19 patients at Kailash hospital on Friday. The hospital now has 76 ICU beds for the Covid 19 patients.
The medical superintendent of the Kailash hospital Dr Atish Sinha said that the new ICU has four ventilators and six bi pap machines. Apart from it 10 beds are for the patients needing high flow oxygen. He added that soon two ventilators and four bi pap machines would be provided in the new ICU.
