The inter-department table tennis tournament of UJVN Limited that ended on Thursday witnessed enthusiastic participation by the personnel of the corporation. Teams from various offices of UJVN Limited from all over the state participated in the tournament.
The team event was won by the headquarter team while in the men’s single finals Sudhir Chawla defeated Ratnesh Bisht. In men’s doubles, the winners were Ratnesh Bisht and Sudhir Chawla whereas Vinay Joshi and Himanshu Tiwari were runner-up. In women’s singles, Kavita Uniyal won the finals by defeating Manisha Kaunswal. In women’s doubles the winners were Kavita Uniyal and Kamlesh Nautiyal whereas Megha Suyal Joshi and Manisha Kaunswal were runner-up. In mixed doubles winners were Kavita Uniyal and Sudhir Chawla.
