The president of Swami Rama Nishkama Karma Yog Trust (SRNKYT) and a noted educationist Vijay Dhasmana said while addressing teachers at a meeting at Swami Hariharchandra public school in Malethi, Pauri on Wednesday that introduction of activity-based education is the need of the hour to facilitate all-round and harmonious development of children. The meeting was convened to discuss the features of the new academic session.
He stated that with the admission process from nursery to class VIII in the school located on Dudharkhal road near Satpuli in Pauri on, parents are thronging educational institution. “This is the time when focus should be trained on activity-based education for the overall development of children. Their participation in various educational activities like educational tours must be raised,” he added.
