The Dehradun district magistrate Sonika suspended Naib Tehsildar of Tyuni on Friday amid the allegations on authorities of being negligent during rescue and relief operation on Thursday that allegedly led to the death of four children. She has ordered disciplinary action against the tehsildar Roop Singh and also sought action against the officials concerned of the fire department. She has ordered a magisterial probe into the whole fire incident in Tyuni. She also visited the injured in the government hospital in Tyuni and took stock of arrangements for their treatment.
