In view of the increasing cases of the Covid-19 and commencement of the third wave of the pandemic, the state government has extended the closure of the schools of the state. In an earlier order the state government had closed the schools till January 16.
On Sunday the joint secretary JL Sharma issued the orders for extension of the closure of the schools till further orders. The order however states that the online studies would continue during the period.
