Ramola included in list of top 2% scientists of the world

A professor from the HNB Garhwal University’s Swami Ramteerth campus at Badshahithaul has joined the list of top two per cent scientists of the world.

The Stanford University has released a list of two per cent top scientists of the world and the nuclear physics scientist professor RC Ramola has also been included in the list from India. The Stanford University conducts study and compiles the data of the work done by the scientists and comes out with the list of top rankings.

The survey assesses the most prominent research done by the universities according to which the ranking list is prepared and released. Now Ramola has also joined the two per cent club of top scientists of the world. He has been involved with research work for the past 30 years in the field of radiation conservation and earthquake forecasting. He has won Dr AK Ganguli national award among other recognitions so far. He has been appointed as director of SRT campus for three consecutive terms.
