As per the rules the employee who has completed three years of service would be given a 10 percent loyalty bonus while a 15 percent bonus would be given on completion of five years of service. The association claims that only 4.5 and 6.75 percent loyalty bonuses were paid to them on completion of three and five years of service respectively by the NHM Uttarakhand.
