Maharaj launches, lays foundation stone of several projects for Bironkhal block in Pauri dist

In latest news from Uttarakhand, the State Tourism, Culture, Irrigation, Public Works and Panchayat minister Satpal Maharaj launched and laid foundation stone of a large number of development projects related to public works, irrigation and panchayat worth Rs 19.26 crore for Bironkhal block on the third day of his visit to Pauri district. He said on the occasion that the State is moving fast to becoming a developed State in line with the call of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Among the road projects the minister has laid the foundation stone of are the motor road (second phase stage-1) up to the Government Inter College Gweenkhal with an estimated cost of Rs 22.82 lakh, asphalting of the motor road from Baijro Chokhal to the primary health centre at Baijro with an estimated cost of Rs 10 lakh and repair work of the stretch from Bharoli to Maithana with an estimated cost of Rs 30.35 lakh. Besides, he inaugurated panchayat office for gram panchayat Dumaila Malla.
