Shri Venkateshwara University to host seminar on ‘Sanskar’ with Prajapati Brahmakumaris University in Dec

The Meerut-based Shri Venkateshwara University is all set to host a national seminar on ‘sanskar’ (moral values) in collaboration with Prajapati Brahmakumaris University in December.   While speaking on the objective behind hosting such a seminar at the national level, the renowned life style specialist and motivational speaker B K Shivani associated with Brahma Kumari spiritual movement said that the conventional education must be blended with the value education and this is what Shri Venkateshwara University has been doing for years.

She stressed that value education- meant to boost holistic development of the students’ personalities and nation-building- must be incorporated in the school curriculum. “Convention education is incomplete sans value education,” Shivani said and lauded the role being played by Shri Venkateshwara University and a few other higher education institutions.

While the pro- chancellor of Shri Venkateshwara University Rajeev Tyagi said that since 2019 two universities have been working in close collaboration on value education involving 122 educational institutions across the world, the Venkateshwara Group head Sudhir Giri said that imparting value education is essential for a child’s harmonious personality development.
