The environment and forest minister Harak Singh Rawat was discharged from the Government Doon Medical College (GDMC) hospital on Monday after his recovery from Covid-19. The minister was admitted to the hospital on Thursday after he complained of uneasiness. In a statement Singh appreciated the principal Dr Ashutosh Sayana, doctors and other staff members for the service they are rendering to the Covid-19 patients.
