Noted orthopaedic surgeon and Padma Shri recipient Dr BKS Sanjay along with orthopaedic surgeon Dr Gaurav Sanjay have been acknowledged by the International Book of Records for writing the maximum number of guest columns in print media. Their feat of writing 59 guest columns was noted as a world record in the book. It is pertinent to mention here that Dr BKS Sanjay and Dr Gaurav Sanjay have been writing guest columns consistently in The Pioneer on various social and medical issues since 2018. Apart from being known for his skills as an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr Sanjay is also known for efforts to raise public awareness on various pertinent issues affecting society.
