The Shri Mahant Indiresh (SMI) hospital has been empanelled with 10 health insurance companies. Health card holders of 10 companies are getting cashless treatment at the hospital. Health card holders of these companies from any city of India will be able to avail the facility of cashless treatment at SMI hospital. This information was provided by the hospital’s medical superintendent Dr Ajay Pandita. It is worth mentioning here that SMI hospital is already providing the benefit to patients of about 70 government, ESIC, ECHS, CGHS, Ayushman card and golden card. The patients are already getting the benefits of these schemes and now will get further relief as a result of empanelment with health insurance companies, added Pandita.
