A local BJP leader from Dehradun Anand Kumar is suspected to have committed suicide by hanging in his residence in Nehrugram under Raipur police station limit. A two-page suicide note was found in his room. Police are investigating the case. Despite the suicide note being found, police have not yet informed why he had taken the extreme step. Police said that the handwriting is not legible and that is why problem is coming in understanding the content of the suicide note. It is further learnt that the note was written on March 17 and two bottles of pesticides were found in the room where the body was found hanging.
