Anuradha Bhawan- Life is a journey to be enjoyed

In his fiction novel Anuradha Bhawan, the author Ganesh Lath, along with the flow of the main protagonist’s story, raises the clash of morals, dual standards of society and the darkness of the business community these days. The author talks about the sentiments and difference in thoughts between mother and son, father and son, two brothers and two friends as they are the main pillars of this story. The crisis due to the generation gap has been indicated here in an engrossing manner.

“After tasting success in Nepal, I was keen to bring the book out in the Indian market for a wider reach. The fact that the names and setting sound familiar was an added advantage,” said Lath.

The story is narrated by the main protagonist’s (Biraju) mysterious self proclaimed best friend. Life makes Biraju meet various people and learn unusual lessons. He happens to face a thug with the mask of a friend and a true friend in the mask of a thug. The story talks about the issues Biraju deals with throughout his life. Anuradha Bhawan contains the message- life is nothing more than a journey. It should be enjoyed just like a passenger does. The main motive of this novel is to convey the message to the youth that the journey of life with high values and dignity may be difficult to lead, but it gives glorious completion.
