A three-day leadership workshop concluded at Sherwood College here on Thursday. The students along with their parents attended the workshop. Speaking at the conclusion, the school principal Amandeep Sandhu said that leadership entails directing a person or a group and playing a vital role in getting any task completed. Able leadership makes it possible to achieve the most difficult of tasks, he added. The students need to enhance their capabilities and mental level for this. After doing so, they can make important contributions to the achievmenets and success of the nation, organisation or institution, said Sandhu.
The parents of the students also asked questions in the workshop. The role of the leadership of parents in a family was also discussed during the interaction.
