The Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University (SDSUU) has received A plus grade along with a diamond band in the survey conducted by R World Institutional Ranking.
It is pertinent to mention here that a total of 217 colleges are affiliated to the SDSUU so far. These include 64 government colleges and nine aided colleges. Officials stated that in the survey on quality based education ranking conducted by R World Institutional Ranking, the university received A plus grade along with a diamond band for its educational quality standards. The R World Institutional Ranking is a non-government and independent authority on institutional ranking in India which claims to provide accurate and reliable data to guide higher educational institutions, policymakers and students towards a brighter future. The rankings are based on the quality of education and facilities in the institutions surveyed. The university vice chancellor NK Joshi said that this achievement is a result of the collective efforts of all the faculty, officials and employees of the university. He further said that the SDSUU aims to provide high quality education to students for which it undertakes consistent efforts.
