In latest news from Doon, in view of the rising number of people coming to Rishikesh and Haridwar from Bengal with the advent of the summer season, the rail department has decided to add a sleeper coach and a third class air-conditioned coach in the 13009 Howrah-Yoganagri Rishikesh Express. Rail officials said that with this augmentation initiative, the RAC and waiting list tickets of a large number of people would be confirmed.
