In latest Uttarakhand news, while attending a Ram Lila programme held in Someshwar in Almora district, the State cabinet minister Rekha Arya exhorted the people to keep alive the glorious tradition of dignity and virtuous life as established by Lord Rama. She said that the people should derive inspiration from the lofty idealism Lord Rama embodies in his life and evolve into real human beings. Lord Rama also teaches us how to go for complete self-abnegation for the welfare of the society, she said and added that the traditional Ram Lila presentations continue to be fount of inspiration for the new generation and let India’s civilisational ethos thrive through ages, remaining undimmed.
