Two men died in a road accident near Tyuni in Kalsi after their vehicle fell into a 100-metre deep gorge on Friday morning. The police informed that a vehicle carrying two men named Sunil Chauhan (35) and Suleman (50) was on its way from Tyuni to Atal when the vehicle fell into a gorge near near Plasu village about 15-20 kilometres ahead of Tyuni police station.
Both men died at the spot as per the officials. The police informed that Suleman is a resident of Tyuni and Sunil Chauhan hails from Himachal Pradesh. The authorities recovered the bodies with the help of locals and informed the families of the deceased. The police said that they will start the investigation soon after receiving the reports of Panchayatnama and post-mortem.
